All Mortgages are eligible for draw; Harbour View Mortgages will give 12 postdated cheques, each one equal to your Principle and Interest Payment on date of funding - or $1500/month, whichever is less.
Refinances and Purchases are both eligible
No overpayments or property taxes will be included
Payments will be made starting on your first payment date and will run for 12 consecutive months, or until discharge of mortgage, whichever comes first
Not assignable or portable
Initial Draw date is set based on the funding date of your mortgage, and is subject to change should the funding date change
Draw will be performed by an independent third party. Only the winner will be contacted.
All Entries are given 4 chances to win over the period of one year
One Winner drawn per Quarter
